Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate Mousse

Mini cups of creamy milk chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse layered and garnished with fruit.

 

Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

Pieces of bread soaked in a milk, sugar and egg mixture and chocolate chips then baked.  Drizzled with a golden caramel sauce.

 

New York Style Cheesecake

Creamy cheesecake with graham cracker crust.  Served with fruit topping.

 

Fruit Crisp or Cobbler

Served warm. The crisp is an oatmeal, cinnamon sugar topping.  The cobbler is a dough topping.  Either can be made with apple, mixed berries, cherries or peaches.  Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra charge.

 

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Fresh juicy strawberries dipped in chocolate ganache and drizzled with white chocolate. Three per person.

 

Bananas Foster

Butter, brown sugar and rum simmered with ripe bananas and served over vanilla ice cream.
