All salad entrees are served with rolls and butter.

 

House - $9 per person

A healthy mix of various types of lettuce and greens with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and julienned carrots.

 

Caesar -$11 per person (Add Grilled Chicken or Grilled Shrimp for $4 per person)

Romaine lettuce tossed authentic Caesar dressing then topped with croutons and shredded parmesan cheese.

 

Cobb - $12 per person

An organized layout of bacon pieces, hardboiled egg, blue cheese crumbles, avocado, black olives, ham and turkey on a bed of assorted greens.

 

Nicoise - $12 per person

Composed tomatoes, tuna, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and anchovies, dressed with a vinaigrette on field greens.

 

Hawaiian - $11 per person

Soba noodles, peppers, pea pods and pickled ginger and romaine lettuce tossed with a mango vinaigrette

 

Steak and Potato - $14 per person

Beef tenderloin and red potatoes and vegetables in a red wine vinaigrette

 

Egg, Chicken, Tuna or Shrimp - $11 per person

Traditional mayonnaise based salads served in a tomato, lettuce leaf or on fresh bread.

 

Grilled Chicken and Vegetable - $11 per person

Grilled chicken and grilled zucchini, yellow squash, scallions and roasted red pepper mixed with rotini pasta and tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette

 

Salad Bar $12 per person (Add Grilled Chicken or Grilled Shrimp for $4 per person)

Mixed greens, crumbled hardboiled egg, black olives, croutons, julienned carrots, cucumbers, green peppers and garbanzo beans individually displayed with an assortment of salad dressing.
